Websites built from scratch, business tools that actually get used, and the IT jobs nobody else wanted to touch. Here's a look at the work.

Websites & business tools

Hand-built, fast, and owned outright — no page-builder subscriptions, no template tax. Sometimes that means starting with a blank page. Sometimes it means rescuing fifteen years of someone else's work off a server that's about to be switched off.

Coach Mayur
Website design & build

A driving instructor in the UK who needed learners to understand the process before they ever picked up the phone. The site walks through the four stages of learning, lays out pay-as-you-go against block booking, maps the pickup areas, and answers the "before you book" questions — then takes the enquiry.

All Seal Caulking
Website design & build

A trade business working across Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat with no way for customers to see what they actually do. Built a site that lays out the services, walks through enquiry-to-completion, puts client testimonials front and centre, and makes the regional coverage obvious — with a free-quote request as the main call to action.

GST Invoicing Platform
Custom app for a startup in India

Off-the-shelf invoicing couldn't handle Indian GST properly, so we built the client their own. Secure sign-in by emailed link, a locked-down database where every user only sees their own records, invoice numbering that can't collide even with several people working at once, and one-click PDFs that render the rupee symbol correctly — something most invoicing tools get wrong.

IT missions

The jobs that don't come with a screenshot. We've built a lot of UniFi networks — WiFi, cameras, door access, building-to-building links, all running as one system — and moved a lot of email, the one thing a business truly cannot lose. Client names stay private.

UniFi smart building — WiFi, cameras, doors & intercom

Office building, Melbourne

An office building where the front door, the cameras and the WiFi all needed sorting — and instead of three vendors with three monthly bills, it went in as one UniFi system. A video intercom with face recognition at the entrance, door control managed from an app rather than a drawer of spare keys, cameras across the building, and access points for wall-to-wall WiFi. One controller runs the lot: letting someone new in, or cutting off a lost credential, takes a minute — not a locksmith.

Two buildings, one network — wireless bridge & dual-WAN

Warehouse site, Melbourne

A warehouse operation split across two buildings a short distance apart, with no way to share one network short of trenching the driveway. A rooftop-to-rooftop wireless bridge joined them instead — no digging, no conduit — so both buildings run as a single network. Cameras and floodlights cover the yard, access points cover the floor, and a dual-WAN gateway fails over to a second internet connection automatically, so a dropped link doesn't stop work.

Fastmail → Google Workspace

Creative agency, Melbourne

An agency operating across several domains, with a tangle of aliases built up over years of rebrands, and mail that had started landing in customers' junk folders. We consolidated the DNS so every record lived in one place, straightened out the aliases, fixed the deliverability so mail actually arrived, then moved the whole thing to Google Workspace — cutover run after hours so nobody lost a working day.

Google Workspace → Microsoft 365

Logistics operator, Victoria

A five-person operation moving off Google and onto Microsoft 365 — full mailbox history migrated, new licences provisioned and configured in the 365 admin centre, and every machine in the office set up properly against the new tenant rather than left for staff to work out themselves. The kind of job where success means nobody notices anything on the Monday except a different logo on their inbox.

Google Workspace from scratch

Country hotel & pub, regional Victoria

A historic country pub that needed its email to look like the sign above the door — proper named mailboxes on the hotel's own domain for management, accounts and front of house. We set up Google Workspace, and we still run it: billing, user admin, the lot, so nobody behind the bar ever has to think about it, and when staff change, access changes with them. Same pub trusts us with its POS and WiFi — that's what happens when the email just works.
